Easy Focaccia Pizza
Dough: 375g bread flour 7g yeast (instant) 1/2 x Tbs salt 345g lukewarm water 40-60ml olive oil for the top of the focaccia and some for greasing Pizza sauce 1 x tin plum tomatoes 4 x garlic cloves Salt and pepper and handful fresh basil Mozzarella & more basil Mix all the dough ingredients together well (it will be sticky) cover with a plate, tea towel or plastic wrap for 20 min FOR MORE DETAILS PLEASE VISIT THE PAGE👇
