Blat : am frecat uleiul cu zaharul si putina sare pana aproape de lichefierea zaharului, apoi am adaugat sucul de rosii, esenta si faina cu bicarbonatul. Am framantat un aluat elastic si nelipicios, pe care l-am lasat 20 de minute la frigider acoperit cu o folie. Apoi l-am impartit in 4 bucati pe care le-am intins pe dosul tavii unse cu ulei si le-am copt pe rand cate 6-7 minute la 180 grade.
