I'm trying to save up for something nice for myself for my birthday in July (pay off debt, finally get a [used] car, etc.) so I came up with a simple savings plan to do it. I figured if anyone wants to join me, I'd post the graphic here. Who wouldn't want a planned savings of $2,030 by July? You just deposit a multiple of 5 in your account every Friday. This will cut down on my random b.s. bouts of spending now that I have an accessible endpoint to a savings goal.
How To Marinate And Make Better Food
Marinating Times by buzzfeed: A longer marinade isn't always better — but it usually is. For dark proteins — beef, lamb, pork — longer is always better. BUT, if the food is delicate — shrimp, flaky fish — stop marinating after 15 or 30 minutes or the acid will start to break down the protein too much. Chicken is somewhere in the middle, anywhere from 2 to 12 hours is good depending on the cut (skin-on breasts require less time, for example). #Infographic #Marinating_Times
