Spiced Pear Smoothie from www.thecasualcraftlete.com For this recipe you will need:  1 pear cored and diced, half of a banana, 1/4 cup oats (I used old fashioned oats), 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/2 cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt, 3/4 cup milk (any kind), 1 TBS honey and 5-6 ice cubes.  Just mix all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.  Serve immediately.

PEAR BANANA CINNAMON SMOOTHIE - Going on my top 5, to this recipe add: 10 almonds, 1 TB ea of chia & flax seeds, 1/2 a 'crunchy peanut butter' clif bar. For my largest nutribullet blending capsule, I doubled the recipe. Yummo! So tastey! The pear & banana are  are wonderful combination in a smoothie, and the peanut bar almost makes it taste like an oatmeal cookie.
