Melt 6 Tbsp butter in a pot, add 6 Tbsp flour, whisk, and gradually mix in 6 cups milk. Add 2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, and 1/8 tsp cayenne. Cook until thickened. Stir in 3 cloves garlic, 16 oz broccoli, 5 oz spinach, 8 oz chicken, and 1/2 cup parmesan. Add noodles, mix, and spread on a baking sheet. Top with 1/2 cup parmesan. Bake for 30 mins until golden.
