Ingredienti: 3 uova 20 g zucchero di canna 1 cucchiaino cannella 1 pizzico di sale Noce moscata q.b. 230 ml latte Procedimento: In una ciotola sbattiamo le uova, lo zucchero, la cannella, il sale, ma noce moscata e il latte. In un pentolino antiaderente facciamo sciogliere del burro, a parte immergiamo per 30 sec la fetta di pan brioche nel composto di prima. A questo punto la facciamo cuocere nel pentolino con il burro 3 min per lato. Decoriamo con frutta e sciroppo d’acero ed ecco pronti i French Toasts!
