Seriously you guys this one’s a MUST try! 🤤 Ingredients: 4 lotus cookies - smash to make your base Mix together in a separate bowl: 200g non fat plain Greek yogurt 30g light cream cheese 25g vanilla protein powder (I used diesel) 10g melted biscoff spread Pour mixture over base then top with 10g of melted biscoff and 1/2 a smashed lotus cookie. Blended oats
Serves 1. • 50g oat flour (or rolled oats, blended) • 25g protein • 1 tsp cacao powder • 160ml milk, or water • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter • 20g dark chocolate • 1/2 tsp coconut oil • Flaky sea salt 1. In a small jar, mix together the oat flour, protein powder, cacao powder and milk. Place the jar into the fridge to set for 3+ hours, or overnight. 2. In the morning, spoon the peanut butter on top in an even layer. Place the chocolate and coconut oil in a small bowl and microwave in 20 second intervals, until melted. Pour the melted chocolate on top and place the jar into the freezer for 5-10 minutes to set.
