The parliament building in Bucharest Romania is the most massive structure I've ever seen (I believe it is one of the largest buildings on the planet). To see it in person and to hear the joy in the voices of the Romanians that it was no longer the home of the dictator Ceausescu who had taken everything from them. The people were wonderful and I will never forget what I learned from them.

The Palace of Parliament is located in the capital of Romania, Bucharest. The second largest building in the world after Pentagon, and the heaviest building in the world.
