As with any bone piece the longer you wear it the more oil it will absorb from your skin which will turn the bone a lovely honey color. New forms. I'm working on a series of different shapes at the moment. Shapes that are quite different to what I usually make. I've sat with this one for a while. It's pretty much finished, apart from deciding if and how to seal it. I liked this shot as it took some time deciding where to stop. Hovering over the piece, gouge in hand, muttering to myself like a nutter. It's what I set out for, but once I got there I wasn't sure whether I liked the mixed effect. I do. I find creating pieces…
