Gains don't happen without work! TAG a friend and try this super set. ➖➖➖➖➖➖ Elevated single leg curtsy lunges with heal elevated deadlifts. This places more stretch on your hamstrings and glutes. I alternate elevated deadlifts between elevating my toes or heals. Happy Sunday! If it isn't rest day, go get it done!!

How often do you switch up your workouts? . Almost all my workouts are different in some way. Whether it's a different rep or set number or changing the actual exercises I'm doing. This does two things: Keeps my body from adapting and it keeps me innovated and interested in my workouts. . . TAG a friend and try these resisted split front lunges and side lunges!! I do them with and without the resistance band. Make sure to shove your heal through the floor when standing up and really engage…
