Turn your crib into a sidecar! Cosleeping can take many forms; bedsharing (sleeping on the same safe surface) or nearby sleep sharing (within arm's reach of baby on different surfaces). Sleeping in the same room with the crib out of arms' reach can also be beneficial. Cosleeping has psychological benefits and can be contribute to a happy breastfeeding relationship for both mom and baby. Cosleeping also greatly reduces the chance of SIDS. Happy peaceful sleeping!
